At Coravelion, we are committed to providing high-quality online educational content and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for our online lecture courses and educational services.


Eligibility for Refunds

Standard Refund Window

Students may request a full refund within 14 days of course enrollment, provided that:

  • No more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or viewed
  • No completion certificates have been issued
  • No downloadable materials have been accessed or downloaded
  • The request is submitted through our official support channels

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent access to course content, refunds may be issued beyond the standard window if:

  • The issue is documented and reported to our support team within 48 hours of occurrence
  • Our technical team confirms the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
  • The problem is attributable to our platform rather than your device or internet connection

Course Cancellation by Coravelion

In the event that Coravelion cancels or discontinues a course you have enrolled in, you will receive:

  • A full refund of the course fee, or
  • Credit toward another course of equal or lesser value, at your discretion

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 14-day refund window has expired, except for technical issues as described above
  • More than 20% of course content has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded
  • Completion certificates or credentials have been issued
  • Course bundles or packages where individual courses within the bundle have been substantially accessed
  • Promotional or discounted courses purchased during special offers or sales events
  • Subscription services after the first billing cycle has completed
  • Requests based on subjective dissatisfaction without documented technical or content delivery issues
  • Third-party payment processing fees already incurred

Subscription Services

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

  • You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period
  • First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of initial subscription

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • Full refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase if less than 10% of available content has been accessed
  • After 30 days, pro-rated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented extenuating circumstances
  • Cancellations after 30 days result in access continuing until the subscription period ends, with no refund issued

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

  3. Clearly state the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any relevant documentation, such as screenshots of technical issues

Refund Processing

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of approval
  • Funds are returned using the original payment method
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed

Payment Method Considerations

Please note the following regarding different payment methods:

  • Credit or Debit Cards: Refunds appear as credits on your statement within 5-10 business days
  • Digital Wallets: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds may take up to 10-15 business days depending on your bank
  • Third-Party Payment Processors: Refund timing depends on the processor's policies

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be offered at Coravelion's discretion:

  • When content issues affect only specific modules or sections of a course
  • For documented quality issues that impact but do not completely prevent course completion
  • When technical problems are resolved but caused significant delay in accessing content
  • For course bundle purchases where only some courses have been accessed

Partial refund amounts are determined based on the proportion of affected content and the extent of the issue encountered.


Account Access After Refund

Upon refund approval and processing:

  • Access to the refunded course or subscription will be immediately revoked
  • Any downloaded materials must be deleted and may not be retained or used
  • Certificates or credentials issued will be invalidated
  • Progress data and completion records will be removed from your account
  • You may re-purchase the course at any time at the current listed price

Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is denied and you wish to dispute the decision:

  1. Submit a formal appeal to support@coravelion.com with additional documentation
  2. Appeals are reviewed by our senior management team within 10 business days
  3. You will receive a detailed written response explaining the final decision
  4. Final decisions on refund appeals are binding and conclusive

Special Circumstances

Medical or Personal Emergencies

We understand that unexpected life events occur. If you are unable to complete a course due to serious medical issues or personal emergencies:

  • Contact our support team with documentation of the circumstance
  • We may offer course access extension, transfer to a future session, or account credit
  • Each case is evaluated individually with compassion and flexibility

Course Content Updates

If substantial changes are made to course content after your enrollment:

  • Existing students receive updated content at no additional charge
  • If updates fundamentally change the course focus, refunds may be considered within 14 days of notification

Group and Corporate Enrollments

Refunds for group or corporate purchases are subject to additional terms:

  • Bulk purchase refunds must be requested by the authorized purchaser
  • Individual student access within a group cannot be refunded separately
  • Partial refunds may apply if a significant portion of seats remain unused
  • Custom corporate training programs have separate refund terms outlined in service agreements

Currency and Exchange Rates

For international transactions:

  • Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency
  • Exchange rate fluctuations between purchase and refund dates may affect the final amount received
  • Coravelion is not responsible for currency conversion fees or rate differences
  • International payment processing fees are non-refundable
